What you will be completing while away for the weekend:

  • Receiving an Aura Photo of yourself at the beginning and at the end of the Retreat with a 5-minute reading

  • Fire Burning for releasing old hurts and blockages that you are welcomed to let go of to embrace the cleansing of one’s soul

  • Labyrinth Walk -An incredibly powerful ancient walk for spiritual centering , contemplation, where the space will be held for you to completely let go of the old you and embrace the new version of yourself on a lay line between two of the Vortex’s.

    This allows you to tune into your higher gifts that you were born with to reconnect.

    It’s a complete letting go while being supported in a space of pure LOVE

  • Early morning cold swim for reduced stress levels and to awaken the higher alertness when tapping into the frequencies while focusing on breathing and letting go of your fear it is cold. A technique of mind over matter is powerful to learn the art. This way you confront fear head on to go deep within and confront your inner being is a powerful act.

  • Tree Bathing to learn to communicate with the trees to feel, listen and heal from them while we hear their song and connect with their dance to become as one

  • Body Divining - Connecting with the specific energies of the land so you learn how to incorporate them into your healing work.

    It’s a first-hand experience connecting with the magnetic energy of the land, as she teaches you how to feel when you to tap into the Devine Source.

  • Psychometry- Developing your senses from objects of where and whom the object is from, teaching you how to tap into your senses of knowing and trusting your intuition.
